EPRUM’s prices have been established to reflect the work and material used in product creation. Postage and handling are not included. If you are outside Bolivia, please note that the custom service in your country may charge you extra customs fees. These rates are not the responsibility of the EPRUM and vary according to the country. For more information please contact your country’s import/customs office before ordering.
The prices offered in this Online Store are only valid for purchases made on this site, the price of products in other points of sale may vary.
At any time, EPRUM may change the prices and features of products, whether in sales or when out of stock, but modifications will never apply to orders already placed.
The photos used on this page are as close to the real thing as we can get them, but there could be slight variations especially in relation to color. This is due to several factors, such as the monitor you are using and its settings, and your graphics card, among others.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 5 working days from the date of the order delivery to return it. Before you return the product, you must inform to Customer Service department. The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once we receive the package and check that everything is in order, we will proceed to repay the full amount to your bank account. The refund will be made within 15 days.
The shipping return costs will be borne by the customer, and in no case they will be refunded, except if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or mistake by EPRUM.
If the order cancellation is before the products leave our warehouse, there will be no cancellation fee. In the event of cancellation after the departure of the order, the customer will be responsible for the shipping product returning costs of this order.
When the product is available in stock, your order will be shipped from our warehouse in the city of La Paz, Bolivia within 24 to 72 hours, except for weekends and holidays. You will receive an email or message with tracking information once your order has shipped. This dispatch time is the one we establish to deliver the product to our couriers and for them to manage the delivery of the order.
We cannot take care of incidents in the dispatch time that couriers have or if the client requests a change of address during the delivery process. For shipments outside of Bolivia we deliver through DHL.
